In June of 1992, Margarita and her business partner decided to open RM Hair Studio in Roscoe Village. They offered salon services and catered to the entire family. In 1997, Margarita became the sole owner of the business. She expanded by opening a second location in Lincoln Park called Margarita's Hair Salon.
In 2003, after becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, Margarita envisioned expanding the services the salon provided. After being a member of the Roscoe Village community for over 11 years, Margarita knew she had to open the Salon and Spa in the neighborhood that had given her so much. In order for Margarita to put all her energy behind Conexión, she closed RM Hair Studio and sold Margarita's Hair Salon in 2006.
In January of 2007, Margarita opened Conexión Salon and Spa. As Margarita and her team enter their 25th year in the community we'd like to extend our sincere gratitude. It is truly our honor and privilege to have you as our guest. Margarita and her team are firm believers in continuing education to best serve our clientele.
